working principle
The material to be pulverized is poured into a micro-vibration feeder to control the feeding speed by a frequency modulator. The main engine is supplied with pure high-pressure gas by an air compressor, and two nozzles are respectively supplied through the gas distribution ring, and the frequency converter controls the rotation speed of the all-ceramic classification wheel to control the particle size of the product.
After the raw materials are collided and pulverized by the nozzle high-speed gas strip, the material is subjected to the classification of the grading wheel by the airflow rising, and the fine powder diameter grading wheel enters the collecting system backward. Unqualified material is thrown into the main cavity by the centrifugal field and sinks into the crushing zone.
