Fine Ultrafine Crushing Jet Mill
The machine is mainly composed of the feeding system, the intake system and the nozzle, the grinding chamber, the regulating system and the discharging system.
The material is dosed by a feeding device and fed into the crushing zone with compressed air as a carrier. After the material enters the grinding chamber, it is subjected to the regular high-speed airflow to cause a regular impact, causing the materials to collide with each other, shearing, and colliding with the peripheral wall of the grinding chamber and the upper and lower covers to form three kinds of crushing conditions to achieve the purpose of crushing. The different centrifugal forces caused by the fineness of the fine particles in the swirling air flow during the pulverization process. The coarse particles are thrown to the periphery and continue the crushing process. Due to the loss of centrifugal force, the material of the contract fineness is taken away by the exhaust gas flow through the discharge port (upper discharge or lower discharge port) through the pipe into the particle classifying device or directly into the cyclone for gas-solid separation, and the finished product is obtained. The gas stream is sent to the trapping device through the pipeline to collect the remaining material, and then the pure gas is discharged.
The machine is combined to form a jet mill unit. Generally there are air compressors, air cooling devices, gas storage tanks, oil filters, air purification, drying devices, main engines, feeding devices, collecting devices and exhaust devices.
